Mission Trip FAQs

Here are some common questions and answers for Clear Creek mission trips. For other questions, please contact your trip's organizer or contact us directly.

What is included in the trip cost?
Airfare and/or other transportation, food (while staying at mission accomodations), lodging, translators, travel insurance, t-shirt, and visa cost (if needed for country).

What is NOT included in the trip cost?
Souvenirs, food (while outside of mission accomodations), passports (new, renewal or expedited), vaccinations, medications.

Are payments/contributions tax deductible?
Yes. Please provide the full name and mailing address of the donor.

If team member is unable to go on the mission trip due to unseen circumstances are the contributions refundable?
No. All contributions are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The contributions will remain towards the general fund for the trip.

Will the team member receive back any extra funds raised beyond the trip's cost?
No. All extra funds will remain towards the general fund for the trip.

How can I pay or turn in donations for mission trips?
Turn in cash or checks to the Clear Creek office. All checks should be made out to Clear Creek Church of Christ. A note should be included with all donations including the name of the mission trip participant. Checks can be mailed to:

Do I need a passport?
Only if your trip is out of the country. If you do not have a passport or if your passport will be expiring soon, please renew or apply for a new passport at this link.
