Our Elders are the spiritual guides of our church family.
The congregation chooses elders based on biblical examples that describe the qualities of a faithful spiritual leader. Shepherding is not a job but a spiritual calling and we are proud of those who answered the call.

Clear creek leadership
Jesus, Our Senior Pastor: Jesus Christ is our Senior Pastor. The Bible tells us that Jesus is actively leading His church (1 Peter 5:4, Ephesians 5:23, Colossians 1:18). Jesus founded the church, died for the church, and is actively leading His church. Our church leadership structure rests on this beautiful reality.
Leadership Team: The leadership team oversees the spiritual direction and vision of the Clear Creek Church family. They evaluate the teaching ministry of the church, review major ministry decisions and strategic initiatives, and oversee church discipline. The team is made up of the church elders, executive minister, and teaching minister. Together, they use their wisdom, discernment, and spiritual gifts to ensure the church remains on a true course biblically while fulfilling our God-given vision.
Elders: The Elders are qualified men from within the church body who provide general watch, care, oversight, and church discipline.
Executive Minister: The executive minister provides day-to-day direction to the ministry staff on behalf of the leadership team.
Teaching Minister: The teaching minister is primarily responsible for communicating the leadership team's doctrinal convictions and church direction.
