Adult Sunday Morning Bible Class Study. Join a Bible study class on Sunday at 9:30am. All of our Bible classes, focus on: Reflecting On Scripture (studying in a way that leads to application and transformation), Service (providing opportunities to serve both on Sunday morning and during the week), and Connection (fostering relationships that can be deepened through small groups).

  • Sermon on the Mount: Throughout history, culture has always had differing ideas of what it means to be a “Christian.” Called by many as the “New Manifesto for Christianity,” Jesus used the Sermon on the Mount as a way to cut through the confusion of what it means to be His follower by telling us the thing he wants most: our hearts.  (Room A5/7)
  • Starting Jan. 8: Preschool Families: We are excited to announce that we will be launching a new Bible class on January 8, 2023 at 10:15am focused on families who have a child or children in preschool. Just as many of our existing families begin to consider what our new format will look like for them, we know that we will also continue to see new families at Clear Creek who are also trying to find their Sunday morning rhythm. Our new Bible class will provide a way for preschool families to quickly become connected with others in their same demographic as well as give them a consistent environment to reflect on scripture together.
  • Starting Jan. 8: Youth Families: As families with students in the youth group, we want to help you find your new Sunday rhythm when our new format begins on January 8, 2023. While your children are in their Sunday morning youth small groups, we want to encourage you to join other youth families for Bible Class in room A5/A7 at 10:15am. This class will provide a way for your family to quickly become connected with both new and existing families, many of whom will be in your same demographic, while still providing a multi-generational environment to reflect on scripture together.

TEACHING

Jan. 30:  THE BIBLE FOR EVERYONE PART 4: How TO study the Bible.  Mark Twain once said, “The man who does not read has no advantage over the man who cannot read.” How much more is that true about the one who doesn’t read the Bible? Today we finish our brief look at The Bible…For Everyone by giving vital, often unknown, tips and tools for excavating the Scriptures.
