Event sample

This is a sample page to show what info your webpages should have.

It's important to note that we don't need ALL event details a MONTH in advance, but we do need them ALL of them at least a WEEK in advance so we can list them in the weekly church email.

Schedules & Forms

All events on your schedule should follow this format:

Day/Date: Activity Name (TIME) at LOCATION. Briefly list anything to bring or other necessary details here.

Examples here:

Every Wednesday: HS/MS Full Group Gathering (6:30-7:30pm) in the back field at Clear Creek. Bring a chair. Feel free to arrive as early as 6:00pm and bring your dinner if you'd like.

Oct. 4, Sunday: MS Pumpkin Party (5:00-7:30pm) at The Hicks Cabin. Bring a pumpkin. Dinner provided.
Sunday, Oct. 25: Friends and Family Day (TIME) at Clear Creek. Bring a chair or blanket. Free snacks provided.

Wednesday, Oct. 14: Pumpkin Patch Playground (10:00am).
Wednesday, Oct. 21: Neighborhood Night Out (6:30pm) at Renaissance Park downtown. Bring cardboard to slide on and a game. Eat dinner beforehand.
